A new delegation to Limay will be forming in the next few months.
Casa Baltimore/Limay and St. Vincent’s Roman Catholic Congregation are co-sponsoring a delegation trip to Nicaragua from December 30 to January 11  (specific dates pending) for everyone in the Baltimore community!  These two organizations have partnerships with the region of Limay, Nicaragua.  The delegation will be visiting Limay, EstelÃ, León, Managua, and a beach or lakeside.  While in Limay, the group will visit the people and places that Casa Baltimore/Limay helps fund and donates supplies to, such as a hospital, a childcare center, businesses that received microloans, and college scholarship students.  The cost of the trip is only $1600 (that includes transportation, food, and housing) and $300 of that goes towards the projects you’ll be visiting!  The delegation will do some group activities in advance of the trip, to raise part of the funds needed.  Nicaragua is the safest of Central American countries and delegations have successfully been going to these regions for many years.  For more information, please contact Barbara Larcom at barbara.larcom@gmail.com
